About Us
Our Mission
Village at Mt Tabor is an 800 + dwellings, gated community for homeless individuals and homeless families to come and be transformed by an encounter with the Kingdom of God. We believe that the only answer to homelessness is an encounter with Jesus because no one ever met Him and stayed the same! Our philosophy is based on Romans 12:2 (NET) which says, “Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God—what is good and well-pleasing and perfect.” We believe that when you free your mind, your life will follow. Our goal is to take these individuals to the root of the issues of life that brought them to where they are present. By the time they go through their process they will receive healing, restoration, and will be transformed into a new person. We believe that it is the responsibility of the Kingdom of God to be the ones to help facilitate this whole life transformation rather than government agencies or programs with their fallacies that do not deal with the root causes of why a person is in the position in which they find themselves but creates a dependency mentality that never fully helps solve the issues of a person’s life. If all we do is try to fix a problem instead of bringing a lasting solution, a person will only walk through a revolving door and never get to real transformation, sadly ending up right back at the point they started. We want to take them through an inswing door where the individual or family enters a new life of grand possibilities that will lead them down a path to successes not failures, to never end up where they started again.
Our Impact
We are focused on impacting dispossessed people who want a chance to stop the cycle of homelessness and provide a pathway to transformation. We do this by first assessing the individual needs, evaluating their physical and mental processes, creating interventions for addictions and their abuses, and determining if a person needs to be facilitated by another program before entering the community. Village At Mount Tabor is not a place where the individual or family will live without there being requirements and stipulations to stay a thriving part of the community.

Our Team
Pastor Jeremy Hallman
Pastor Jeremy Hallman is the founders of Kingdom 24:14 International. He has a huge passion to reach the Nations with the Gospel of Salvation and the Gospel of the Kingdom! He attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and went for a B.S. in Religion with a concentration in Youth Ministry. He was a member of the Liberty University Fellowship Gospel Choir while a student. In 2004 he was ordained into the Gospel ministry by The South Fork Baptist Association of Lincolnton, North Carolina on the recommendation of North Brook Baptist Church in Cherryville, North Carolina. He is now covered in ministry by Redemption in Greenville, SC and Apostle Ron and Hope Carpenter. He currently lives in Western North Carolina. He is a writer, speaker/teacher/ evangelist, and singer. He was given the vision for Kingdom 24:14 International, by God, in March of 2014. On October 31, 2014, he officially launched the ministry. He was ordained by Redemption Fellowship on March 27, 2017. Please cover our founders in prayer as he follows the heart of God to manifest everything God told him to achieve in this Kingdom purposed mandate!

Our Communities
Each person will at first be given temporary housing with a key. They will be responsible for maintaining a community standard, in order to continue their residency. First and foremost, Village at Mount Tabor will be a totally secured, searchable at any time, community. Transparency must be our number one priority to see the success of the individuals who reside here. Our goal in not to be a prison, but to create an atmosphere for change. Transparency will allow us to bring transformation.
Individuals and families will have a place by this, to call home with an actual address and a key to their own place till they transition out of the community to stand on their own feet.
Village at Mt Tabor WNC
The First Community will be in Western North Carolina and will be know as Village at Mt Tabor WNC. This will service the greater Asheville area.
Village at Mt Tabor WNC will be the executive headquarters for Kingdom 24:14 International and everything it covers. This will be the launching pad for everything God has called Our Founder, Pastor Jeremy Hallman, to accomplish through his God given, Kingdom mandate!
The Oaks of Village at Mt. Tabor
This is a 250 dwelling tiny home community for men and men only that gives homeless men a key, which will give them an address so that they can get a job. This will also give them a safe haven to heal, learn, grow, and be transformed by an encounter with Jesus!

This is a 250 dwelling tiny home community for women and Women only that gives homeless women a key, which will give them an address so that they can get a job. This will also give them a safe haven to heal, learn, grow, and be transformed by an encounter with Jesus!

This is a 300 dwelling homed community for Families and Families only that gives homeless Families a key, which will give them an address so that they can get a job. This will also give them a safe haven to heal, learn, grow, and be transformed by an encounter with Jesus!

The Eagles Nest of Village at Mt Tabor
This is two, 150 unit, one bed room/ studio apartments community for 18-21 year old young adults, one section for males and one for females that gives homeless young adults in transition from foster care, orphan care, a key, which will give them an address so that they have a place to call home. This will also give them a safe haven to heal, learn, grow, and be transformed by an encounter with Jesus!

The Resting Place of Village at Mt Tabor
This is a 100-room hotel like accommodations for staff and servant leaders of Village of Mt Tabor. This will be for those who live quite a distance away from their employment and who need a place to stay during the week to help save on travel time to and from home. This will allow those who want to be apart of Village at Mt Tabor to have a home away from home to help save time and money. It will also serve for our Guest pastors, worship leaders, and speakers to have a place to stay on property while speaking/ministering.

Outside Our Main Property
Fort Valor of Village at Mt Tabor
This will be a satalite property that will be a Military Vetrians tiny home community designed spacifically for those who have served our oountry and find themselves in need of housing, resources, and a since of brotherhood and camaraderie.

Our Restaurants
Food and nutrition is an important need for residents. Therefore, we provide a healthy balance for those living in our community while offering as many options as possible for residents to choose from. We give our residents a ID card that will act as money to purchase food at mealtime. Those with dietary restrictions will be accommodated to help keep them healthy.
Tessie's Country Cook'n Cafeteria
A cafeteria style restaurant where residents can go through the line, show their ID card that will indicate the choices they can make if restricted and get a meat, 3 vegetables, bread, dessert, and a drink.
The Pisgah View Diner
A sit and serve restaurant to switch up things for the residents within the community. Here residents are able to order from a menu and be served by a Waite staff. All residents have to do is scan their ID cards at the hostess station, be given a menu based off of their dietary restriction if any and eat.
Café Jubilee
Café Jubilee is a coffee shop where residents will be able to order coffee of all types, hot teas, hot coco, pastries, and simple sandwiches and relax and read or use the WIFI. There will be computers available for those who do not have one of their own. The WIFI will limit certain sites that go against Kingdom standards.
La Bodega
The Bodega will be open for residents to go to during non-dining hours. This provides snack options and drinks like a corner convenient store with healthier options than not.
Our Recreational Facilities
Village at Mt Tabor will have multiple facilities for working out, sporting activities, playgrounds, and walking/biking trails as well as fishing. We desire our community to be out and active for their health and well being.
Our Administrative Office for Kingdom 24:14 International
Kingdom 24:14 International is covered by Redemption Fellowship under the direction of Pastor Duaine Johnson and Apostle Ron and Hope Carpenter. Kingdom 24:14 International is a 7 Mountains dominating, Apostolic, Kingdom focused Para- Church Organization/ministry located in Western North Carolina committed and called to proclaim the Gospel of the Kingdom around the world! Again, Kingdom 24:14 International is the covering for Vision Collective, Vision Preparatory Association of Academy’s, and Village at Mt Tabor.

Our Church
Vision AVL ( CLT, ALT, NYC and beyond) is the church centered in the middle of Village of Mt Tabor where these communities are located.
Our Community Security Force
Our Community Security Force will be a fully functioning, highly trained department. Our officers will be well trained and will work closely with the local law enforcement of the city, county, and state to which they are located. This is to ensure that Village at Mt Tabor is secure and that our officers are equipped to operate under code of the law.
Our School
Vision Preparatory is a ministry of Kingdom 24:14 International. Vision Preparatory is apart of a system of schools known as Vision Prep a system of Pre-k -12th grade dual lingual, primary schools that educates children to speak multiple languages and operate and rule in the systems of this world through Kingdom principles.
Our Hospital
YHWH Center Health is a ministry of Kingdom 24:14 International. YHWH Center Health is a health care system that cares for the health and wellbeing of individuals. YHWH Center Health will provide a 50-bed expandable hospital known as YHWH Medical Center that will be accessible to the people of the community as well as those outside the community when necessary.
Our Veterinarian Clinic
Agapa's Place is our veterinarian clinic/ hospital. We understand that many in the homeless community have pets and we want to be prepaired to serve their dearest of friends. We will also have a doggie park at Agapa's place and also offer dog training for those who need it.
Adopt a Home
Our Adopt a Home program help you directly impact the lives of individuals affected by homelessness and allows you and your family to directly connect with a homeless person or family. You will help us provide for their needs while at Village at Mt Tabor. Your sponsorship will let you know their first name, their birthdate, their story, and a little bit about things they like and needs they have. If you adopt a family, you will get the names of all in the house plus each birthday and their story and a little bit about things they like and the needs they have as well. Regardless of if you adopt a individual person or family you will be apart of their life transformative journey. You will be able to correspond with them and send gifts for birthdays and special holidays. Your adoption will do so much toward helping show the love of Jesus to those you chose to sponsor!
